Basic troubleshooting
- The conversation is not detected
- Open a conversation on chatgpt.com, chat.openai.com, or claude.ai, wait for it to finish loading, then click Read current chat again. Check Chrome’s extension site-access settings for that site.
- The destination is empty or prefilling fails
- Click Copy draft, open a new chat yourself, and paste it. Review it before sending.
- Some context is missing
- Check the preview before transferring. Chat pages may not expose all older or unloaded messages. Edit the draft to include the context you need.
- The daily transfer limit is reached
- The Free plan allows 2 transfers per day. Copy draft is always unlimited, or try transferring again the next day. Pro is coming soon; there is no purchase link yet.
Report a problem
Send your Chrome version, extension version, affected service, steps to reproduce, and any error text. Remove private content from screenshots. Do not send passwords, API keys, or full chat histories.
